Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in our motherland of India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A.Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it. We work with different artists and manufacturers, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on all items.

A. We have our offices in the beautiful country of India.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in Indian Rupee (INR). While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using INR at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
